Travel + Leisure has released its annual list of America’s most attractive cities. And no, it’s not talking about the skylines or the cityscapes. This list is all about the people. Sophie Blitz likes to ride her bike along Courtland Street where she lives, a tree-lined street with spacious Victorian homes. Houstonians will wake up to flip flop weather on Saturday morning but may need a jacket by the afternoon.
