Central Texas police discovered a stash of meth last week worth $2 million after pulling a 23-year-old over for speeding, according to a news release from the Austin Police Department. Seline Lizbeth Ayala was arrested July 12 in Austin and is facing federal drug trafficking charges, according to APD. Around 11:20 p.m., Ayala, 23, who police said is from Laredo, was pulled over in the 5400 block of I-35 North for speeding in her 2013 Dodge Avenger.    "Upon making contact with the driver, officers became suspicious," reads the news release. All he wants is to talk to people.  According to the Arizona Republic, 47-year-old Lee Hernandez is under hospice care in his home in New Braunfels, Texas.
