Central Texas police discovered a stash of meth last week worth $2 million after pulling a 23-year-old over for speeding, according to a news release from the Austin Police Department. Seline Lizbeth Ayala was arrested July 12 in Austin and is facing federal drug trafficking charges, according to APD. Around 11:20 p.m., Ayala, 23, who police said is from Laredo, was pulled over in the 5400 block of I-35 North for speeding in her 2013 Dodge Avenger.    "Upon making contact with the driver, officers became suspicious," reads the news release. Houston drivers are contesting millions of dollars in fines and fees charged to them by the Harris County Toll Road Authority. Now, an attorney is taking the agency to court.
