A Vietnamese immigrant and billionaire has donated $5 million to help Houston recover from Tropical Storm Harvey. Kieu Hoang, the founder of California-based Rare Antibody Antigen Supply, announced the donation at a Monday news conference with Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner. Turner said the donation would help transition Houston's most vulnerable populations - seniors, people with special needs and low-income communities, he said - into more permanent housing. What is being billed as the world's largest bounce house is coming to Houston later this year. Big Bounce America will be bringing its epic-sized bounce house to the area during Halloween weekend as a part of a swing through the state of Texas, according to the attraction's official website.   The bounce house is three stories tall and 10,000 square feet in size. It's got everything, even obstacle courses, a ball pit, and a dance floor.
