Schwarzenegger Gives "Thumbs Up" and Coogs Sign During UH Commencement Ceremony in Houston
The University of Houston held its commencement ceremony Friday May 12 2017 for its graduating class at TDECU Stadium in which actor and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger delivered the commencement address.

The speech started by praising Dr. Chator, the president of U of H, for the great work she has accomplished for the school and also for being an immigrant herself like Arnold.
He went on to thank and congratulate all of the students for their dedication and accomplishments and gave them a big "thumbs up." He even threw up the Coogs sign at one point.
